CoolSense Return Policy

At CoolSense, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal care nature of our Advanced Anti-Sweat Serum, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items or purchases made with a gift card

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, under the EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
