1. Definitions

1.1. In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Order: a purchase made via the CoolSense website.
  • You / Your: the individual (consumer) using our website and/or purchasing our products.
  • Agreement: the purchase agreement between you and CoolSense.
  • Product(s): CoolSense products, such as our Advanced Anti-Sweat Serum.
  • CoolSense / We / Us / Our: the company behind the CoolSense brand, reachable via info@cool-sense.com.
  • Terms: these general terms and conditions.

2. Formation of the Agreement

  • 2.1. These Terms apply to all your interactions with our Website, every offer made by CoolSense, and every Agreement.
  • 2.2. You will be presented with these Terms before finalizing any Order.
  • 2.3. All our offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • 2.4. The Agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation from us via email.
  • 2.5. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • 2.6. We reserve the right to amend these Terms. If any changes are disadvantageous to you, you may cancel your Agreement within 14 days.

3. Orders

  • 3.1. By placing an Order, you agree to these Terms.
  • 3.2. We reserve the right to refuse or modify Orders in the case of unforeseen circumstances or incorrect information.
  • 3.3. If delivery is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
  • 3.4. The Agreement is final once you receive the order confirmation, including total costs (VAT and shipping included).

4. Prices and Payment

  • 4.1. All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
  • 4.2. In case of price increases due to external cost changes, you have the right to cancel the Agreement.
  • 4.3. Free gifts or promotional items must be returned if the associated product is returned. If not, their value will be deducted from the refund.

5. Delivery and Ownership

  • 5.1. Delivery times are indicative. If we exceed the delivery time by more than 4 weeks, you may cancel the Agreement.
  • 5.2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
  • 5.3. Delivered products remain the property of CoolSense until fully paid.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • 6.1. You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason, unless it concerns sealed or personalized products.
  • 6.2. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • 6.3. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • 6.4. Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

7. Warranty

  • 7.1. We guarantee that our products match their description. Any defects must be reported within two months of discovery.
  • 7.2. The warranty does not cover misuse or external damage, such as exposure to extreme temperatures.

8. Other Provisions

  • 8.1. We aim to resolve any disputes through mutual consultation. These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
